Job Description

- Provide administrative support to SVPs, Consumer & Event Marketing
o Schedule and coordinate meetings
o Coordinate team projects
o Manage travel and expenses
o Manage call/desk activity
- Organize, facilitate, and prioritize communication with SVPs, their direct reports and teams
- Liaise with other marketing, internal E! and outside partner contacts/teams to execute assignments
- Serve as information source of E! Marketing projects
- Contribute to the day-to-day duties of Consumer and Event Marketing teams to assist in meeting the goals of the team
- Additional responsibilities as required
