Job Description

-Create and maintain master calendar for various publicity team members
-Coordinate departmental meetings with key stakeholders
-Assist with press travel for junkets, press days and events
-Manage RSVP lines for screenings and events as directed
-Manage competitive event and editorial coverage reporting
-Track and reconcile invoices and departmental corporate card charges
-Oversee and track publicity mailings
-Act as the point of contact for all vendors in the on-boarding processes
-Assist with press events (press junkets, premieres, special events, screenings/Q&As)
-Book and coordinate screenings as directed
-Maintain the unit production contact binder and production calendars
-Update master publicity asset calendar
-Work on special projects and research assignments as directed
-Cover some phones as necessary
