Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant to provide administrative support to three executives who oversee the production of all on-air promotions, editorial campaigns and special projects for marketing and other departments.

-Provides administrative office support for one Senior Vice President and two Vice Presidents. Duties include answering phones, scheduling meetings, organizing schedules, handling expense reports, making travel arrangements, updating and distributing production calendar, requesting discs and scripts from Development and Public Relations, handling mail, arranging couriers and archiving campaign materials. Also handles all travel arrangements and expense reports for two Directors of Production.
-Creates presentation decks for a variety of projects and initiatives including campaign and spot presentations, photo and reference scrap, statistics and ratings presentations, etc.
-Supports department by ordering supplies and materials, equipment, IT support, furniture requirements, temporary staffing needs, messenger/courier needs, etc.
