Administrative Assistant - Burbank, California

Job Description

As the Administrative Assistant, you will support the head of the department with warehouse and inventory management. You’ll be responsible for directing backlot service requests and ensuring all ongoing administrative tasks are completed.

-Provides administrative support to a Sr. Manager, Backlot Services
-Answers phone calls and email requests
-Schedules transportation requests
-Manages team documents and procedures
-Prepares monthly reports
-Assists the manager in the ongoing management of the ABC Studios warehouse facility
-Tracks and updates storage information.
-Works with vendors and building managers to schedule maintenance and service
-Coordinates billing and invoicing for transportation, storage, and set rentals.
-Uploads billing and transportation into the department Salesforce account.
-Performs filing and other tasks as needed
